Request for Application Email Link

Please fill out the form submission below to request your application link be emailed from Ellensburg Property Management. Include the unit number with your property address, if applicable. Please be reminded that application link requests are not instantaneous and at the latest, may be sent out the next business day. If you would like to request multiple application links for the same property, such as for roommates, it is not necessary to submit multiple requests; you can add any additional email address(es) of group members you would like to request a rental application link be sent.

The EPM office is available for in-person service by appointment only, during operating hours (Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm) as needed. 

Our personnel are constantly on-the-go doing our best for all our clients, meaning we are not always here in person. We may be doing showings, move-in inspections, maintenance, advertising, training, etc. 

If you have an appointment, or need to deliver something to the office dropbox, the office location is 303 E 5th Avenue, Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926. Our dropbox is located to the right of the front door and is open for receivables 24/7.
